Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, along with a delivery notification email when your package arrives.
Shipping Rates
- Single-kit orders: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
- Orders of 2 or more kits: Free shipping — no code needed!
Delivery & Lost Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Got It Kit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities and contacting the carrier directly.
Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Got It Kit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Carrier Delays Got It Kit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or any events outside of our control. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
